Dr. Hilovan Husni Othman has been a dedicated Lecturer at Nawroz University’s College of Administration and Economics since 2014. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management, Dr. Hilovan was awarded the academic title of Assistant Lecturer in 2016 and was subsequently promoted to Lecturer in 2019. Throughout their tenure He has actively participated in numerous scholarly activities and events at both the college and university levels, including (seminars, symposia, and scientific conferences). Additionally, he has served on various university committees, including the Examination Committee and the Student Discipline Committee , etc.). Dr. Hilovan has held numerous administrative and scientific positions within the college, including: 1. Rapporteur of the Accounting Department (2016–2019). 2. Vice-Dean of the College of Administration and Economics (2019-2022). 3. Head of the Department of Tourism Sciences (2022–Present, Acting on behalf). 4. Head of the Department of Media and Journalism Management (2014, Acting on behalf). 5. Dean of the College of Administration and Economics (2024-Present).
