Biography

Lecturer at Nawroz University / College of Administration and Economics since 2014, holds a PhD in Business Administration / Human Resources Management, obtained the scientific title (Assistant Lecturer) in 2016, and was promoted to the scientific title (Lecturer) in 2019, participated in many scientific activities and events at the college and university levels, including (seminars, symposia, scientific conferences, etc.), worked as a member and head of various administrative and scientific committees, including (the examination committee and the student discipline committee, etc.), held many administrative and scientific positions at the college level, including: 1. Head of the Accounting Department in 2016-2019. 2. Assistant Dean of the College of Administration and Economics 2019-2022. 3. Head of the Department of Tourism Sciences in 2022 - now (acting). 4. Head of the Department of Media and Journalism Management / Acting in 2014. 5. Dean of the Faculty of Management and Economics from 2024 until now.
