Dr. Nasraddin Suleiman Mohammed. A highly experienced law enforcement specialist with over 30 years of service in both law enforcement and community development. Currently serving as Director of the Office of Combating Organized Crime in Duhok, various significant roles have been held throughout the career, including overseeing customs operations and strengthening international cooperation. Holding a PhD in Public Law with a focus on crimes related to foreigners, a solid academic background in law and political science has been developed, with significant expertise in criminal law, organized crime, and human trafficking. A deep commitment to humanitarian work and the advancement of legal standards is reflected in both career and academic pursuits. A published book on embezzlement and public transactions highlights a dedication to improving governance and justice systems.
