He has been teaching at Nawroz University / Department of Law since 2013. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Law / Criminal Law. He obtained the title of (Assistant Lecturer) in 2009, he obtained the title of (Instructor) in 2014, and he obtained the title of (Assistant Professor) in 2019. . He held many administrative positions at Nawruz Universities, including: 1. Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College of Law and Political Science in 2018. 2. Head of the Law Department from 2019 until 2022. 3. Dean of the College of Law and Political Science from 2022 until now
